Peter Clark
President
Peter Clark's strongest skill is finding creative solutions to complex properties. His broad experience enables him to understand all sides of transactions to achieve unique solutions for all parties.
In his 30 years of commercial real estate experience, he has managed over 26 million square feet of property valued in excess of $3 billion including all types of commercial property in 34 states and 12 countries. This experience has been a combination of corporate and private ownership and development projects.
Prior to starting Touchstone he was President and CEO of PacTel Properties, a Pacific Telesis subsidiary that he took from near start-up to $600 million in assets. Prior to his tenure at PacTel Properties, he was Senior Vice President of Campeau Corporation California, Director of Real Estate for the American Express Company and Director of Facilities for Cummins Engine Company.
Mr. Clark received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and an MBA from Butler University. He has served as a director for a number of public and private corporations.
David Bower
Vice President
David Bower draws on his diverse background in real estate development, construction management & finance to provide a full range of services for Touchstone Development Company clients.
In his 25 years of commercial real estate and multi-family housing development experience, he has managed over 2 million square feet of construction and completed more than 150 projects.
Mr. Bower was a Vice President at AF Evans Company, Inc. and a Project Executive for Swinerton Builders. Since 2001 he has managed the development and construction of over 500 multi-family housing units in Northern California. Prior to Swinerton Builders, he was a Project Manager for Touchstone where he managed the acquisition, financing, construction, leasing and disposition of office and apartment projects.
Mr. Bower is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute. He has held a California Real Estate Sales License since 1988 and earned RPA and FMA designations from BOMI Institute International. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate Management from DePaul University, Chicago.
Michelle D. Damore
Office Manager/Assistant Property Manager
Ms. Damore brings over twenty years of working in the Real Estate and Banking industries to Touchstone Development Company, Inc. Ms. Damore is responsible for administering all office and personnel procedures, employee benefits and investor relations.
Prior to Touchstone Development, Ms. Damore was the REO Administrator for Comerica Bank-California. Her experience includes portfolio management of commercial REO properties, tenant relations, broker relations and management of the disposition of property through escrow. Ms. Damore has a Bachelor of Arts from San Jose State University and has completed additional courses in communications, real estate and accounting.

Legal Counsel
Touchstone Development Company’s legal work is performed by Tyrrell M. Prosser, partner in Dillingham & Murphy LLP.
Mr Prosser has 30 years’ experience handling commercial real estate transactions, primarily in the areas of leasing, buying and selling, and secured financing. He has worked on a wide variety of significant transactional real estate projects throughout California and elsewhere, including the leasing, conveyancing and financing of resort properties, downtown office buildings, power center developments, retail stores, apartment projects, golf courses, hotels, industrial facilities, residential subdivisions and Master-Planned Communities, hi-tech campuses and energy projects.
Mr. Prosser’s current practice emphasizes all aspects of transactional matters involving real property, including its acquisition, financing, improvement, leasing and sale, as well as advising on and assisting in the resolution of disputes concerning real property, its ownership, use, financing and disposition, and in the formation of privately held entitles for investment in real estate.
Prior to joining Dillingham & Murphy LLP, Mr. Prosser was with Liner Yankelevitz Sunshine & Regenstreif LLP for over 2 years, and with Baker & McKenzie for over 16 years and began his career with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Mr. Prosser graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Southern California Law Center in 1985, where he also served as an editor on the Southern California Law Review, and he has a bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley.
